The first crewmembers are there, the rest is waiting to be assembled 

The 48 crewmembers are put together in 6 hours and 42 minutes. Next basecoat and painting them. 

The basecoat is on, mr surfacer 1500 black.  

When finished i mount it to the wall, just on the waterline, i think. But first i must finish it!

This one was difficult  

Start with the sub, there are 30 sprews and 3 parts of hull. All big scale
Part of the crew ready but 2/3 still to do 

You get a puzzle as well, the two pages color are for eleven instruction sheets! Takes a lot of time sorting out what go's where and te color, so building i a little later then estimated.

My way of keeping track of things, complecated build but getting there 

Some parts airbrushed and drying 

Torpedo fail, sprayed mr metal 213 and after 24 hours masked with tamiya tape. Then sprayed red and after removing tape a dark stain was there. Maybe first the red and then mr metal?
