Very nice build and great colour choice. The three piece rear fender didn't quite line up on one side for me. My separation wasn't critical as the colours were deep but with high contrast colours, certainly noticeable. I painted them separately then secured at the end.

I recommend you don't hold your breath for the dio. I was basing it on my father-in-laws shop.

He had a two bay garage and his wife ran a fruit and vegetable shop from the convenience store side. I had actually bought some resin cast pieces for it when I was living with my wife and kids. I moved out in 2009 so...it's been on the back burner for awhile! 🤣😁

Not the correct car but close enough.

Not entirely happy with the paint. The color, Frog Green, looked great on the site where I ordered it but, we all know the rule concerning monitors...what you see isn't always what you get. Anyway, 3rd Gen AK paint. It was quite thick, actually. Having never used AK paints before, I recommend that you do not thin this particular version with IPA. Don't ask me how I found that out! Just plain water worked, although AK thinner is probably the proper way to go. Either way, the paint still ended up looking like vinyl when it dried. I was a little nervous to try and sand it smooth because I thought it might just peel off, so I put a couple of coats of Mr. Hobby Super Clear on it (very anxiously) and it brightened it up but still has that vinyl looking texture. Oh well. Not gonna lose any sleep over it. It is what it is.

The kit itself was Tamiya's usual standard. No fit issues or any other worries. Of course, to make it somewhat of an official Mr. Bean, it has to have the lock on the door! 10 minutes in Tinkercad, 45 minutes in the 3D printer and there you have it.
