This kit is available only from The Tank Museum, Bovington, UK. I got it from the gift shop, but it is also sold online at tankmuseumshop.org/p..lie-3d-printed-model . Note that the box confusingly states "TM Model #351", but I think this means "Tank Museum Model" and not the Dutch brand "TM Model".
