Some spare plexiglass for the bridge portholes. 

The torpedo cranes are incorrectly located for this ship so I'll move them and fill in these holes. 

Some backing tape for the CA glue to fill the holes. 

Baking soda on CA to form a filler. 

Another layer of CA.

Following assembly instructions resulted in gaps at the corners. 

Here I assemble the bulkheads first to ensure seamless corners, then I remove one corner of the guides so the bulkheads slip over them without interference.
