Steve Coats AuteurAlclad 2 paint over gloss black paint. But if you look close the paint cracked. This was my 3rd attempt using it. I think the issue was I painted it too thick.

Jan VoorbijBeautiful. Can you tell me anything about the interior? I once bought one that was empty inside.... How many versions does this kit offer?

Steve Coats AuteurIt is empty inside. Their is a cockpit but I bought this from a IPMS show dealer and it was missing the control panel. So I built it as an airliner and just painted the windows.

Steve Coats AuteurThis kit only builds the MATS plane. Heller does make other kits with the same mold with other airline decals.

Jan VoorbijI wished they would make the transport version that was used in 1943 and all olive drab and neutral grey.... I still don't understand why other companies didn't release this kit in 1/72.

Steve Coats AuteurThe amount plastic used in this model is a lot. The fuselage pieces are very thick to provide strength to the model. Plus it is a heavy model.
