Nice but you've got too much silver on the rotor blades ! 🙂
Those ridges on the blades are part of the blades not the rotor head and are the same colour as the blades.
The ridges are root reinforcements where the loads culminate around the blade grip bolts.
I hope this picture illustrates it clearly for you 🙂
But other than that , sweet ! 🙂

one thing that helped me is understanding how a real helicopter works that way you understand each components function and thus you are able to make good educated guesses about colours and weathering if you can't get hold of the relevant reference material etc. etc. 🙂

In Germany, the Huey where called Teppichklopfer (carpet beater) because of his characteristic "Plopp, Plopp, Plopp" of the rotortips. You hear him, before you saw him. It was a well known sound from my youthtime and I really loved it. Know this veteran of the sky is gone and you can see him only in museum, sometimes on aviation shows and finally as model kits, how do you show us yours. Thanks for sharing, Perry!

Hi Arne Greve, Thank you for your appreciation. And also told me a lot of things about the Huey's histories.
