Thanks guys for the comments. The rust color was done with CMK pigments (light rust), other a layer of dark Brown acrylic.

What Brand and type airbrush did you use and what size needle?

Hi Lex, i'used my 25 years old Paasche airbrush ( V type), with the smallest needle (0.2mm i'think....not sure). If you use gunze acrylic paint with the right amount of thinner, it's not very difficult to obtain this kind of spray. Hope this helps. Bye didier
