This diorama was scratch built in 1980, while I served in the 2nd 8 Inch Howitzer Battery, SP, in 29 Palms California. I used road wheels and tracks from other kits, but otherwise built all from scratch, since in 1980 there were no kits of this or the M107 vehicle on the market.
