The BSA Cub Scout Offical Construction kits is not the new tool and intitial relesae. The boxing is. Moreover, the BSA edition was likely a Revell product rather that a G&G, being an item in the American market.

This kit was later moved to Series Three in exchange for the Olds Delivery Van. This kit got revised wheels but was never given hubs, realistic axles or any other body mold improvements.
