Hi, looking good and nothing to complain about. I would just recommend to clean and blend in your wash a bit.
I´m using the same varnish and it doesn´t feel that smooth most time so im probably doing something wrong myself.
So sometimes im using 3000er sandpaper after it. What color did you use? I want to build a Merkava sometime "soon" too.

Thanks mate,
I used the Vallejo 044 Gray RLM02. I think it's actually a gray meant for German WW2 fighters, but I really like the final look of it.

Hi there,
After browsing this forum for a few months, I finally decided to invest in the hobby.
So here I am with my second-ever model.
I got some great inspiration from you all, so keep up the good work!

Now to the model:
It's probably a rare pick for the first tank model, but I really like the engineering behind the Merkava (if you didn't know this tank, I would recommend looking into it).

I'm really proud of how it looks and would love some feedback on the weathering.
I also have a question about the varnish. I used Vallejo Gloss, but it doesn't get that glossy (it's okay for the tank, but for cars/bikes, I would like a greater gloss). Is there a better option, or did I use it incorrectly?

The last pic includes my first-ever model, the Eurofighter. It's okay, but I messed up the weathering.
