Nice job! This is a kit that is unforgiving, a result like this takes skill and determination. I like it!

Thank you, Bill. I do plan to torture myself with another in the future....but I hope Airfix bring us a new mold 😉

I really love the belly-weathering and the exhauststains, you´ve created! Looks brilliant!

Haha, I noticed the print in the picture too. I'll have to buff that out.

Hi Erik, very nice Mosquito, you have done a very good job on it, well it doesn't look to be in 1/72 and... Airfix?? Really? 😄

Really great mosquito. very good joob on this one. Did you use any after market?

I used a few parts from an old Eduard photoetch set (for the Hasegawa Mosquito), True Details resin wheels (which have wrong hub details!), and a Falcon vacu-form canopy. Interior built from scratch aside from the p/e belts and panel.

After all these years, the old Airfix Mossie looks still good. And yours is really great Erik.

Awesome, excellent work on that 'old' Airfix kit (which is actually is quite good despite its age) 👍👍👍

This kit fought me the entire build; if it could go wrong, it did and I'm just glad it's over with.
