Tony C 著者Thanks everyone, much appreciated and it's the Academy 1/72 kit finished in FAA colours although I learnt later that the vented airbrakes were not fitted to this particular version!

Whilst supplied under the Lend/Lease programme, the British Authorities felt that the Helldiver wasn't suitable and as such didn't equip frontline squadrons. If I remember correctly, the Helldiver Mk.I was based on the SB2C-3 and was only attached to one squadron
