Hawker Hurricane - Motorised!

I thought it about time I go down a scale or three and seeing if I could still motorise it.
Squeeze I know but it has to be tried ....

I had a look at this kit and thought I might just be able to get it going - problem is that the nose was just too tight to accommodate the width of the motor so that I could attach it directly to the prop shaft.

To overcome this I added some heat shrink round the plastic shaft and added very small brass tube to extend it aft to where the cockpit started.
The heat shrink would also act as a universal joint providing it did not bind on the fuselage. - The ruler in shot so you can see just how small it is.
