Now a lovely shade of green (Vallejo 70895 Gunship Green). On to painting the fiddly bits.

Now painted the fiddly white bit on the gun and added the decals.
Next I'm going to give a bit of weathering a try and add some Mig Brown Wash.

yes, now for the interesting bit.....the firefly looks very good so far...now it needs to become a bit more used

That was the aim of this one to try out a bit of shading and weathering effects. Bit of trepidation it must be said.

Same here every time I arrive at that stage....just dive in...build another when you fail 🙂

Looks brilliant so far Adam, Wim is right though, dive in an "Have a go". I have two partially completed Sherman's hiding behind a stack of new kits! I just have no luck with them. You can always leave it as a straight from the factory unit and put it on a flatcar! And, if all else fails, put Dutch markings on it. Wim and Kees will wax lyrical about it then guaranteed! Anyway, Wim and I are obviously fans so do your best, we trust you!
