Looking good there Mikey. I take it you are ok, was worried about you and Kezza. Do you know if Kerry is ok?

I think he's ok, just a bit quite. Thanks for the comment and thanks for caring.Halfway through painting now, just have to paint D-Day stripes on booms and anti-glare panels, then I'll have some photos up.🙂

Thanks James and Cliffy, James, first I painted her Tamiya X-1 Black, then Aluminum, let that dry, then sprayed her polished aluminum. Both metal paints were Alclad II. I'm glad you like her fellas.🙂

She looks very used and tired as she's coming up to the last months of the war. I ordered the Montex canopy mask set for her so I have to wait till the end of the week for those to turn up, in the mean time I'll finish decaling my Rhino.

Thanks James, just the delay waiting for the canopy masking set to turn up in the mail.

Man that is really nice. Can't wait to see it finished. I guess my wife let me out of the Dog House, she let me buy a Kitty Hawk Jaguar GR1/GR3 off Evil Bay today.

Well, I will admit I groveled a bit. But when I showed her what the guy was asking for it compared to what other vendors were asking, she said yes.

Good work mate! I've started building the same kit but it's paused at the moment. It's not one of the best kits that I've tried my hands on, no far from it. What's your verdict on the kit?

Thank You Gents for your pleasing comments, @Urban, I found as long as you take your time with plenty of dry fitting it wasn't too bad. I've got another 6 Hasegawa P-38's to build.

Thank You Martin, it makes me smile that you and many other modelers like her.😄
