What a wonderful result. !
Metal is one of the hardest finishes to get right, and by the looks, you have achieved the best you could work towards. 👍 😉
Most impressive indeed. 👍 👍👍

Thanks
Learning experience, having never tried it before. Not a great kit but a great aircraft

Spectacular. I like it. 🙂 How many different shades of foil on this model? Just one?
13 July 2020, 17:47

Hahahahaha I wish! 3 different shades of foil, 5 separate sheets in all. Bright metal, new improved bright metal, dull metal shades used on the model

The same shade turned 90° gives a different appearance due to the "grain" going a different direction

I agree, when it comes to scale models your particular project does come very close to original. The metal sheen looks very convincing and almost gives the model a "heavy" look when you at it for some time - great job! 👍

Fantastic looking Sabre. Looks impressive from every angle. I love that metal finish as well. 👍

Good Morning, Chris Very, very impressive. When there is another club meeting, please bring it out, would love to see it on the table. Catch Ya, Logan

Beautiful F-86! Nice NMF. Looks like you can't get this kit anywhere now. BUMMER!

Did this scale make allowance for the leading edge slats. ? As all of them are usually seen with the slats fully forward when on the ground, recessing when the air speed is enough to push the slats back into it's position for flight except when maneuvering in air combat to aid lift. Just wondering. 😉

Thanks men
Kerry: no allowance to show the flaps down or slats out.
Paul; I used bare metal foil, a few different kinds

That's what I thought. I've been wanting to try that on my next NMF build. Thanks. It looks fantastic.
