Looks great! But why all the circuit boards? I see 5 separate boards but this ship's lighting isn't that complicated, even with moving Cylon "eyes" and sound.

The many boards are for 2X the visor (different directions) flickering effect for the drive, sound module, flash module, converter from 9V to 5 volts. There is a video on my website www.kosymo.de.

Well, it still looks great and this kit does have the volume for so many dedicated boards. Flickering blue LEDs (2 or 3 for each engine) could be used for the engines (thus no board needed), a 5V regulator (single component) could be used for stepping down 9V while also providing a regulated voltage to the circuits, one chaser could be used for all 3 Cylons (fibers in different arrangements to achieve different movement for each visor), and a flash circuit could be on the same board as the chaser since the circuits are small and don't use a lot of components. The sound board I'd keep as a separate board. I'm not criticizing your build - it turnd out great. Just giving some tips for how you could simplify things for other (smaller) projects. I went to your website and couldn't find any videos (although I was at a disadvantage for not being able to read any of the pages) but there are a lot of nice photos. You've got a lot of wonderful builds!
