Ah, so you do not use the included wire in the Friumodel track kit, but instead using these pins? And if so, do these pins go all the way over the width of the track?

Yes, that wire is quite flimsy and requires you to drill them out one at a time. I usually order several packs of the pins and get the 1 3/8" ones. If the tracks are wider I find longer pins. Use Extra-Fine, normal sewing pins are a bit too fat.
