Im a Volunteer for Models for Heroes and run a group for veterans and emergency service personnel who have PTSD and physical injuries from their service. Modelling gives some relief from the negative thoughts that haunt us daily from our service. Im a military veteran and Police officer and i also have Complex PTSD from my service.
