Thermopylae as she appeared in Victoria BC. 1891 before being cut down to a Barque rig, and painted White. Hull- Aberdeen Dark Green, and Brass colour Muntz Metal sheathing. Unpainted pine, lime wood, and mahogany for masts and deck and structures. Bowsprit and lower masts White, Yard arms White. To this day, Thermopylae is the only full rigged ship to be registered in the port of Victoria BC.
Scientific kit as base kit. Replacing virtually everything but the solid hull and a few fittings.
Using aftermarket and a lot of scratch building.
