It is the same kit as 7289 in 1:25. This time they named it 1:24. Don't know why.

Maybe they think it will sell better. I would shy away from 1:400 ship kits when I expect kits in 1:350 scale. I would also simply assumed that a weird scale might be some old mold thing.
