Andrea BrencoSchrijver Thanks a lot to everyone for the kind comment, much appreciated!!!
@David R. Meizoso luckily, I found some figures from Glowel Niniatures that have the right poses, even if they are German Luftwaffe Personnel... but nobody will know it!!! They are 3D printed, great natural poses but low resolution prints, lots of lines and recesses too much noticeable IMHO, May be next time will give a liquid surfacer coat first, then painting....
@Łukasz Gliński well... all flat surface looks the same... 🙂)
Andrea BrencoSchrijver Thanks again for your appreciations!
@Skyhiker Germany captured at least three flyable Jugs, this is one of them, the well known P-47D-2-RA landed by mistake in Caen on the 7 November 1943: after a period of test in Rechlin and a part in a propaganda film, it was handed over to Zirkus Rosarius that toured Lufwaffe's front line unit instructing fighter pilots on characteristics of various enemy aircrafts.
Andrea BrencoSchrijver @Trez : I think you are referring to photo #6. It is the MicroScale Micro Mask, a liquid mask medium. It is useful in most occasions, can be applied with a toothpick or a brush, can be cleaned with water but you cannot paint with water based paint on it, obviously.
I have the Tamiya equivalent too, it is of a greener color but works in the same way, maybe it is a little denser.
I used the blue MicroMask for the tail and rudder camouflage, and to fill the space between the masking tape in the checker band.
HTH
Andrea BrencoSchrijver Thanks Neil, yes I agree with you, I think that this Fiat is the best looking Serie 5 fighter, and I hope to have the time to do the splinter RSI Capt. Drago scheme...
P.s. my bench usually is not this tidy... 😉
tonight I cannot upload images to my album or project covers, upload failed every time or system cannot copy the image for the cover.
I t is happening to somebody else?
Thanks

Nathan Dempsey Yes. I just tried to update my Mirage 2000 build and the image failed multiple times.

Kesa Tiho Same to me, tried asking too but got no answer

Andrea BrencoSchrijver Thanks for your answer, at least it is reassuring to know that doesn't depend to my PC...
Andrea BrencoSchrijver I'm terribly sorry for the late response!!!
Thank you a lot to all of you who took the time for your appreciation to my little model!!
@Neil: we will have the G in November, Eduard will have me go broken....

Alessandro Pettinacci I've also tackled this very aircraft with a more recent boxing of this kit. I'd love to see how yours would come out!

Andrea BrencoSchrijver Thanks Alessandro! so many kits and projects, so little time... Hope to start one of these soon!
P.s. I have seen your build, nice model!!!

Alessandro Pettinacci Thank you! a shame i really can't manage to get some decent photograpy going, but alas, i will manage. Have a nice day mate!
Andrea BrencoSchrijver Thank you very much Rui and Lukasz, and to Juergen too!
@Juergen Klinglhuber: I use Tamiya Extra Thin when I have to glue it to plastic (typically inside an hole) and CA to other surface or when I need a permanent fix in case I have to use again Tamiya ET over it (sometimes I glue rigging to the struts and then to the wing)
@ Oleg Bogolei: Ithink AK sell it too with their brand on it

Juergen Klinglhuber thank you - never thought about Tamiya extra thin,...will try that too
Andrea BrencoSchrijver Thanks a lot to everybody, I am really glad you like it! Compared to a 109 is really a bigger airframe, it doesn't seem at first sight!
Andrea BrencoSchrijver You are right Trez, I checked the D-11 boxing and in the instruction there is the same mistake.
Let's see the bright side of this: the plastic parts are correct and all the needed one on the sprues, it is only a problem due probably of a "copy and paste" done by the graphic guys...
But I am very happy you pointed it out because I will probably not notice in the building process, thank you very much!

Transall NG @ Trez Mackenzie
You are right on every points !
A Ta-152 would be a bestseller without any doubt !
Sadly, their website isn't running perfectly, at least for me, and Kaspersky doesn't like it at all !! 🙁
Andrea BrencoSchrijver Thanks a lot Thomas, Bernd, William and Pietro!
@William: this time I used Eduard's decal and it fits! I did just some minor touch ups with a fine brush. Other times instead I had to mask and paint... HTH
Andrea BrencoSchrijver Thanks Neuling and Mr. Jameit has been a fun build regarding airbrushing, but fit between wings parts and then fuselage wasn't that great, it seems that AZ moulds are getting some wear in some points ... or I am spoiled by the recent Eduard's releases...
