Thats some serious modeling! I would not open the radom, because it distracts the beauty of her. The open spine is very nice!. And the paintjob is top notch!

My jaw just dropped. I fear the carpet monster took it away, as I've been speechless for a while now...

.................................................................................................................................................................... Bunk!!!
Sorry! That was me, falling from my chair in total astonishment. 😄
Beau-ti-ful!!!

Man! The fasteners, the maintenance crew, the weathering, the authenticity! Amazing!
14 May 2019, 14:42

Thanks, guys! Really glad that you like her!
Holger - I prefer closed looks myself, but I've made an exception this time, as she will be put onto diorama. Plenty of F-14s still to come.

This is just stunning Sebastijan, much as I would expect from you. I look forward to seeing the diorama this will go in!

Great! Fantastic model. Congratulations. How was the build? I have some Hasegawa and Hobbyboss in my stash but I am keeping an eye on this Finemolds.

@ Sebastijan: I am looking Forward every single Tomcat from your bench. Time for me to get in "Turkey-Production" myself! 😉

Marcelo, that FineMolds F-14 blows everything else out of the water! The only thing I'm curious about now is the upcoming Great Wall Hobby F-14D. Looking at sprue shots that might even be marginally better. However, I love working on my FineMolds FP 32! Detail is crisp at it fits like a glove!
15 May 2019, 14:22

What a stunner! Amazing detail for 72nd. Amazing what some manufacturers are doing with the samller scales.
15 May 2019, 14:40

Thank you Patrick! I have the GWH F-15E and from the sprue perspective it´s impressive. I checked some sprue pictures of the upcoming GWH F-14D and seems to be another winner!
15 May 2019, 14:52

Can't wait for that! Especially as the bird I want to build will be taxiing with extended spoilers and the GWH kit has that option.
15 May 2019, 15:38

I plan on doing 3-wire OK landing diorama with that one with spoilers (DLC) out and everything else and GWH kit promises just that!
15 May 2019, 15:49

Holly molly, I was sure it was a great 1/48 cat, until I read the comments....1/72!!!! Wow, speechless
15 May 2019, 17:57

So, will that be with all oleos compressed or extended while just touching the deck? Sounds like a cool idea! I believe someone did that with the Academy Phantom.
15 May 2019, 18:02

Thanks again, guys!
Patrick - too far to tell yet, but compressed rear oleos and extended front sounds like a very dynamic setting.
