Phil MarcheseI think the "windshield" style box was the first issue of the Ferarri. The date would indicate it was. This car was not part of the Series Four Foreign car boxings. The price extension may be a typo or the the only difference. Note the later box still is listed with a 79 price extension.
Once again, I recommend a policy on price extension. First, should the exetension even be included in the kit number?
Second in defference to kit collectors, if the price extension is the only change, is that a new box?
( note we do not list each color change as a new issue.)
Of the price extension is factory obliterated or stickered ofer ( blank or inflated) is that a new box?
I recommend price extensions not count as new boxes. I favor excluding price extension, however if included, where nothing rlse changes, treating the change as an alternate number, rather than "new box."
