Yes it is, And I'm not too keen on Broplan Models, Some of the plastic is very thin and hard to work with. They do sometimes give you some fairly poor quality injection molded items like wheels and undercarriage but most is not too good. Decals are also not too good. I would really like a good injection molded kit of this type. .

Same here Glenn!!! Just bought this kit: it is an S-76 after all and I have been dreaming of a kit of that for many years.
The BroPlan kit is definitely not for the faint hearted. The injection moulded parts (interior, landing gear and rotor) imho are of exceptional poor quality and as good as useless: it's better to make these yourself from plastic card and rods. Which leaves the vac form fuselage halves. These are moulded in white plastic, which seems quite strange to me: transparent plastic would have made masking of the windows possible. Now one has to cut holes in the fuselage and fiddle in windows: hopeless hassle if you ask me...
Anyway: this one will spend its days gathering dust on my stash I'm affraid...
