Juan M Leria autorNope, when I adquired my kit it wasn't there, I was unaware of its existence then.
Much later I adquired a second one in a bulk purchase and this one included the booklet, but I sold it soon after...
Not without making a very good scanning 😉
I can ask to my printer how much would be a copy, if you wish.
