Thanks mates! 🙂 @ Lochsa: Yes, the camouflage is done using artist oils (the ones you can see on image 14) brushed on top of the MRP Canvas color. Personal and national markings, including the zig-zag lightning bolts are aftermarket decals by Eduard. Oils are very well suited for this - long drying time gives almost unlimited control and is fun to do.

Some recent comments on my old projects made me blush in shame, as I realized how long has passed since I posted my work. So here's first in a series of albums with some models I've been busy with all this time.
Great War and "great scale" are two categories I haven't visited for a long while. Fokker Dr.I is a perfect candidate for reintroduction to both. Similar in size to a typical 1:48 scale subject and with only homeopathic amount of rigging required, this is not a scary prospect. My only goal here was not to use the red paint. Instead, I used some oils to make the ubiquitous Fokker camouflage.
