I love the Saunders-Roe Princess as it has an almost alternative-history feeling. A vision of the post-war world that could have been, but wasn't, where people travelled the world in giant flying boats.
This little kit, in 1/350 scale, is from Arsenal Model Group (Ukraine). This is the first time I've made a recently tooled kit and it went together really nicely. If I could do it over I'd work with the photo-etch props more confidently. The metal colour is AK Xtreme Metal Aluminium, Dark Aluminium and White Aluminium.
I've mounted the model on a paper clip, which is barely noticeable when viewed from above. Still, I couldn't resist a bit of digital manipulation in a few shots ?
