I hadn't fully appreciated the size of 1:72 until I saw the pic of it with Tamiya's paint pot. You've made a superb job of it Vitor...🙂

Superb modelling, Vitor! I think I saw this on Britmodeller and made the same comment. The reason it's the best kit from Trumpeter that you ever built is because it's not a Trumpeter kit - it's engineered and made by a Japanese company (whose name escapes me, but I believe it's printed on the box). Trumpeter does the distribution.

Nice, really nice!
What about a few pictures of the underside of your Wyvern? I'm sure it's worth the look!

Hey guy´s have you seen the bench? It looks like Augie´s;)!
Your Wyvern is just a very impressive build, Vitor!

If I recall correctly, the brand behind the Wyvern is Monochrome. They also made the kit of the H6K5 "Mavis" in 1/144 scale

🙁... Hey Bill... that is not fair!!! But i like it very much 🙂 How can you keep it like that? Tell us the true, that workbench is only for the photo 🙂
P.S. can you share your secret? 😉
28 July 2012, 15:00

Sorry Bill i didn't noted all those trophy's, congratulations my friend.

Hi Vitor, the workbench is only clean at the start of a project. Quickly it gets crowded with parts, tools, paints etc....
Here you can see mine...

Frank, you have a bit of a stash problem, eh? Wow, that's a lot of kits in stock. Are you a hobby shop? 🙂
Actually, the shot of my workbench was taken in the middle of my Lightning build (you can see her in the shot). Not so difficult to keep things somewhat clean. You can't see it in the shot, but the workbench is an "L" shape, and extends off to the left side in the picture. Over there is my photo booth.

Well, when i start a project i do clean my workbench but 10 minutes latter... its that complete mess... 🙂
28 July 2012, 15:22

As I said, from chaos comes genius! Everyone has their own style!, and yours obviously works very well - don't change it! 🙂
28 July 2012, 15:28

@Bill: Yes, I really got problems with my stash! It's too small! 😉 Hobbyshop? No way! I wouldn't want to get rid of my 2nd loved ones.
@Philip: Thank you! Growing faster than the built models, but at least I have not given in yet...
@Vitor: You've got the same timing like me. 10 minutes... and another clean-up should take place, but... it doesn't!
28 July 2012, 18:51

Hi Vitor - it's not my scale :-D - but it's one of the best Wyvern I've ever seen...
