Where a fire truck ther has to be a hydrant.
I haven't found a fitting resin model so i decided to make my hydrant from scratch.
First i cut the caps of a few syringe needles and glued the pieces together
Then i made a silicone mold from the Original - which didn't get cured on the part which was made out of resin... I learned that i had MUCH to learn.... Well... I got it done somehow and the result was satisfying
Then i started to create the base... Two days ago my partner showed me a very similar base here at scalemates that just looked WAY better than mine. But ok, im still at the beginning of my journey.
Wherever there is a drain, rats are not far away. And of course they will need something to eat.
How about an apple and a slice of pizza made from air drying clay.
My second project started somewhere between november 2021 and january 2022.
I have a small weakness for historical emergency vehicles so i instantly fell in love with the model T Fire Truck...
A nice short little project.
