Outstanding! And it's quarter of a century old?!? Impressive indeed, and the pictures!
Having a hard time identifying specific re-purposed items that vent into this wonderful build. I did pick out the typewriter cartridge before I read your intro. I think the half-egg shaped nacelle nose pieces have something to do with… well, eggs? Tell us what else went into this! Again, great scratch model building 👍

Alec, the egg-shaped parts come out of a craft store. I used McDonald's coffee stir spoons, VHS Video Cassettes, two 1:35 Sherman hull parts, flush-mounted sockets for telephone cables and so on... Unfortunately, I can't remember any further details.

Album info
I built the model in the 90s of the last century. The main body consists of a discarded slide box. The gripper is a color cassette of a typewriter, etc. The Apollo service module comes from the Revell model 1:96, of course. I'm curious to see what else you discover... and yes, the title is reminiscent of the famous ZZ Top album!
