I copied the bottom of the flare from the kit. And applied for it to become the ledge of the arch.
I guess that you can see it flared out on this shot.
I was not a fan of this style flare. I did not find it on many of the original vehicles from 75 - 77. That said I wanted a better arch.

The reality is my limitations are holding me back. I am not at all good at 3d design and need to rebuild the rear fender flares to a different style. I had thought that I had created the correct curvature for the lower pat. When I mounted the lower it did not align to the edge. I will need to be more aggressive to correct my own work just to meet my own expectations.
