This kit is relatively straightforward to put together and like all Hobby Boss kits gets you to the painting stage quickly.
I did struggle with the two halves of the fuselage and had to use a lot of filler and the one piece canopy was a real struggle.
I'm not convinced it's the most accurate portrayal of the P-40 M, some detail is lacking. The biggest and most obvious mistake was where the radio mast should be so I moved this back to it's correct position.
The decals were not great quality and I found they tore easily. Disappointingly the registration number for the version I did was not included, yet they did include propeller stencils which is odd.
I would describe this as an impression of a P40-M of 112 Squadron rather than an accurate representation
