Machine Man Needs Modifications!

The straps connecting the legs to the torso were tough! They connect only at the leg with a little slot and tab. There is no please to insert them on the body.

Solved the problem by letting the glue dry a bit before inserting them, and adding a teeny ball of epoxy putty to connect them to the body. I used a new tool, spring loaded tweezers, to put them in place. They went on like a dream!

The little "wire" parts which connect the ears to the heat and the the front and back of the torso. I replaced these with actual wire.

I used soldering wire to replace the parts meant to represent wire. I was very careful bending it. I like it better than the parts that came with the kit.

This kit was had some strange challenges. The instructions actually require you to drill holes bigger!

There are some exceedingly tiny and fiddly bits that need to care in gluing them. Some of these were the wrong shape and needed to be bent with open flame in order to fit!

I did this kit as a break from the K'Tinga. "A break" my ass!
