Alan RushNice Gustavo! Looks just like the box art. 👍 I am impressed with the wood grain effect you achieved, especially in 1/72 scale.

Gustavo Antonelli autorHi Martien, thank you 🙂! To achieve the wood grain effect, I used the same technique as with the Albatros D.V, Albatros D.V/Va | Project by ortavio (1:72).
I put a primer coat with a mix of beige and dark earth acrylics. Then I worked with a dark earth and brown oils diluted with turpentine using a wear down brush to simulate the wood texture.

Paco GPDe General Belgrano, Bs.As. Vivimos relativamente cerca, suelo ir con frecuencia a La Plata. En realidad me gustan todo lo que tiene que ver con aviones y si es en 1/72 más aún.
