Ohhhh a Fat Max.... seldomly seen.
Looking good! How´s the kit?

Thanks. I really like the kit. A lot of attention to detail. Not much cleanup of parts necessary. Ive seen some complaints about fit but all the pieces in my kit have fit together very well with minimum filling. If there was a weakness it would probably be the instructions. They have a few mistakes but are definitely adequate to build the model. I wish they had more specific paint direction because that tends to be my weakness.

Hmmm... I think there are not many options for painting, right?
German Panzergrau all over shall do it.

Yeah it'll definitely be Panzer Gray. Not so much the exterior paint schemes but some of the detail would be nice to know colors of. It seems like most items were painted gray to blend in with the dicker.

Oh a Dicker Max! 🙂
I´ll follow this build for sure!
Is there a turned barrel in the kit?

Yes. It includes either a turned barrel or styrene. I hope to work on the 10.5 cm this weekend.

There isn't much to paint on a German AFV, besides the actual paint. Tools in wood and/or steel. The handles of the wire cutter in an reddish brown, just do us a vapor and do not paint the fire extinguisher or the rear convoy light in red 🙂

Oh! a Dicker Max! I'm in.
BTW:
Panzer Grau .... 'cause there where only two "Dicker Max" build. Both prototypes where sent to the eastern front in '42. One is destroyed at Wolchow and the other one is missing as far as I know.

Yep. Wasn´t it the lower hull with suspension that was used on the VK 30.01 later on?
