Great looking Spits, Norm! Especially the Speed Spit and the T.9, fantastic!

Lovely collection Norm. Thats a great job on the twin seat Spitfire. There is one of those near where i live at Biggin Hill Aerodrome. I nearly crashed my car when it flew straight across the road in front of me at about 20 foot!! Fantastic sight. (Actually probably 50' but it felt like twenty)

Thanks Mike. I have built three replicas of SW-A, each one a bit better than the last. They were VERY time consuming projects! In my mind, no other aircraft is as pleasing to the eye. And it flies better than it looks!

Thank you very much Norm. Building a lot of old Monogram/Revell kits, I have gotten quite patient re-scribing . I re-scribed an entire Testor's U-2C yesterday.

Yikes! I bet that took a few minutes! Lol. The one thing I like about most of the old Monogram kits is that they mostly are very accurate in outline and dimensions, to my experience. They just look right when you finish them. I think they spent a lot of time on accuracy during the design stages for the moulds.

I agree, and most have great detail also. I have also found that most aftermarket acc. for Hasegawa kits work great on them.
