thanks for sharing. some of those models are simply incredible. i really like the rusted T-34/85, the even more rusted bedford truck and the HO229 diorama is just perfect.

Cheers Holger, Harry will put up more photos soon... The standard is very high at EXPO some stunning work on display. I'm glad the photos came out o.k. My back went out on Sunday morning heard a "click" then ouch!... I walked around in pain all day. Finally got it to "pop" back into place on Monday morning but still very sore. Then had to wait in line for the swap and sell, It was well over 150 meters long before it opened! I guess everyone was looking for a bargin. (As the new kits were hidedously expensive down here!) The new 1/72 Trumpeter Su-34 was about $94Aud screw that!

Don't worry Christian i have more photos of ships to come! But on average i spend about 5-10 seconds snapping each picture, Then i move on! Too many subjects to spend too long on each one!

Album info

Well it's that time of the year again. The biggest event in Melbourne the EXPO as before it's run from setup on Friday to the Queens birthday holiday on Monday. Held in the Members function room under the grandstand. Sandown Racecourse is the home to both a motor racing track and horse racing track! Lots of entries again in the competion (This year there seemed to be more dioramas than ever) And mostly Tanks! Maybe more than the aircraft entered this year. Anyway enjoy the pics! I don't know who owns what or what got an award. Look at the model EXPO site for that info!
