I'll take a seat on this one. Love this plane (have this in 1:72 from RS Models). Nice progress so far 👍

Thanks 🙂. Opened the exhaust stacks, some more work on the canopy / fuselage join - I think it's time to prime it and check how it all looks like. Nice looking plane, indeed. Stay tuned, best regards, Hubert

A very interesting type...never seen it before. I'm not seeing a lot putty, so I'm assuming the fit is good?

The fit is not perfect, but usually sanding was sufficient to make the parts fit together. Putty was necessary to fill the gaps between the horizontal stabilizers and tail (huge, 2 mm wide gaps) and wings/fuselage joint. As you can see, fuselage was just one part, so no need to use filler on the fuselage joint - but on the other hand, removing the casting block and air bubbles needed some attention. Overall, a nice and simple kit of a very unusual subject. Best regards, Hubert

Coming along nicely Hubert. I like the color modulation - it breaks up the monotony well 👍

Hubert Kendziorek is a modeller, that wakes my interest in exotic planes by building beautiful models of them very regulary and very fast.

Thanks for your nice words, Mates 🙂. Indeed, prefer exotic, esoteric subjects. Just having not enough modelling skills, try to stand out from the crowd building unusual objects😉. But, my regularity and speed are rather poor, still lacking enough time for the hobby - however, this Avia is supposed to be finished by the November end. Best regards, Hubert

Will there ever be a time, when we can say we don't lack time for our hobby? 🙂

Almost done. The weathering and some other touch-ups here and there still to be done, as well as the antenna wire to be added. Hope to have her finished today. Best regards, Hubert.
