i think you should try to contact some shops and see if they are interested. if you send them a few, they can get them for a good price and sell them, which will in turn make your product better known
i would suggest www.aviationmegatore.com or www.aeronautiko.com since they are specialized in airplane models

I suggest to also contact Hannants (from UK), HLJ (from Japan) and some important store in the United States, Canada and some country in South America.

NigelLooks great, better than the alternatives, but the thing that would put me off is that I would end up throwing two thirds of them away. From some of the profiles around here, I wouldn't be surprised if more potential buyers fell into that category.
Have you thought of scale-specific versions?
