Great reference shots. Will it be restored?

I learned to fly on this Stearman 32 years ago. My Dad sold it in '87. I happened to find it in pieces and for sale last year. If I had the money, I would buy it and restore it, but the best I can do is the Revell 1/48. Going to do one for my brother (Thats him flying with my mom in the front), one for my Dad (still flying at 85 years-old), and one for me.

Sound like a case for for Mikey McBryan and his "plane savers" 😉

I would be heartbroken to see the plane I learned flying on in this condition. The plane I learned flying on crashed 3 years ago and I felt really sorry.

Are you doing them in that livery? That would be really awesome 🙂

I also have two more stearmans in my stash. 🙂
