My friend Norm Murnaghan was 17 when his father Ray died in the Eastern Provincial Airways Dart Herald crash, he became an airline pilot himself and flew with TCA and Air Canada and is now retried. I have done several models for him.

Interesting subject and historical tie-in - great job so far. To me, the Vanguard looks like a mash-up of a propeller and jet aircraft - the fuselage of a jet and the wing of a C-54. Very cool indeed.
