Guillaume Blanchet autorYOU were rigth Joshua, I missread the text in the instruction manual and this model was in deed a A-3. Since the kit contains a lot of extra part I was thinking that I was using part for the A-4, it got clarified after read the description under the paint pattern in the instruction book.

Guillaume Blanchet autorThanks Joshua & Roland. It's a really easy fuselage to assemble & paint since there is no protrusion for radiator ans other inline engine gizmos.

Guillaume Blanchet autorThe landing gear are almost done now. I'll be doing the weathering during the weekend. I also had to shim the propeller hub since I have misread the instruction and installed the fake engine behind instead of ahead of the positioning rib. A little plate of styrene made wonder
Funny thing happen too. I realized I had applied clear coat over salsa sauce. I managed to scratch it with the point of my X-acto . I'll have to be more careful after my nachos break. 😛

Guillaume Blanchet autorThe build is done. It's it a nice kit and really give justice to the wonderful airplane it recreate.
I also got around to get the technique of making wire cable with melted sprue parts. I Have now retro fitted all my model with wire cable.

Ottovon, I had to use a lot of Micro Sol, but the decal being of high quality, managed to hold together while I was pushing it in every recess.
