starting position, Saturday afternoon 

contents for both projects are the same: Zvezda plastic, resin seat, LH! and Balkan Models decals for 21s. 

not going to be a tail-sitter - 10g of lead 😄
On Saturday evening both cockpits were done and everything ready for fuselage assembly 

work continues on Sunday morning - attaching wings, horisontal stabilisers, air intakes... 

piece that comes in front of the cockpit (anti-fog?) had to be sanded down, was too high... 

...and Sunday evening both were ready for the first layer of brush-painting Humbrol 127 

Monday afternoon it was followed by second layer 

 

total 3 layers of Hu 127 were followed by gloss coating and combination of home-made YUAF serial numbers and Lift Here roundels and flags 

seats KM-1M are resin 

and both in final satin coat 

landing gear and speed brakes are attached... 

...along with canopies and other details, and both are finished.
