Here are the first photos of my recently completed Tornado, built from the Italeri 1/48 Tornado GR.1/ IDS "Gulf War" kit.

This was built more or less out of the box, with no aftermarket items. The few "upgrades" were made from things I had around the house and garage, and evergreen strips. These included representing the cabling and pipes in the undercarriage bays (these were pretty bare as provided in the kit), adding parachute risers to the pilot's seats, and the swing-wing pneumatic seals. I also fixed the angle of the fins in the drop tanks, which, as provided, did not match any photos I could find.
