MonaYes , I've been in a B-29 , got to sit in the flight engineers seat , my dad trained in KB-29's and KB-50's ,that was his job (he later was crew chief for three KC-97s in SAC ) ..should have seen how excited he was to be in a B-29 again ,and to show and explain the instruments it was/is at the Hartford Air museum @ open cockpit day ,also have seen FiFi flying , Last summer a B-29 flew over my home several times , Also have been in a B-17 , the one that tours each summer ..I still have all his books from when he was in mechanic /flight school

this is a mig 17-f by airfix i am fortunet to live in ashburton and we have a air museum that has one that let me stand on the mig to get a look inside i wont be starting this model for quit a wile but looking forward to it
