@Jennifer I think that's probably the Eduard PE panel which often come in the profipack or limited edition runs of Eduard kits.

@Jennifer - Gary's correct, this is the OTB ("Outta-the-Box") PE instrument panel that came with the kit. Rafał Kurowski posted a great video of his build of the flight deck for this aircraft - check it out!
