The paint work was all done with rattle cans.
Revell had a sister car that was released about the same time. It is called the Revellion, but it wasn't red released .I have found a resin body and all the parts to replicate it.

This is a model kit that I fell in love with the box art.
It is a good vehicle for adding whatever level of detail you are comfortable with.
I fully wired and plumbed the engine and chassis. I added aluminum tubing to the chassis. There is heat shrink tubing on some of the tubing and I used bits of styrene for the tie wraps. The paint scheme was done using nothing but Testors One Coat rattle cans to try to emulate the spirit of the box art. The windshield and rear window are tinted plastic folder material from an office supply store. I am glad to have built this model
