First a coat of Alclad grey primer was sprayed on the separate wing and fuselage part to seal the surface and check for some more bubbles and incorrectness on the surface. The result was quite well and I fixed and glued the parts. The seam lines need some more filler and after sanding the area carefully I add some more filler here and there. Just wait until it dried to add a second coat of grey primer. Hope that will work so far to be able to sand and polish the surface in preparation for the first coat of Alclad Aluminum. Looking to the DC-5 the design looks really modern in view of the time when it was released!
