Wife is big BMW fan and loves the BTCC series 3 version. So thought would start with an easy one. With only 4 sprues sure this won't be about the build. Several new styles going to be used. Further use of Ak Xtreme for the Chrome, trialling Ammo Cobra for the carbon fibre and main body (white) they sprayed really well . The kit went together really well it was usually the vague instructions that caused any issues. The windows were the usual nemesis especially the front one but again this was mainly down to the instructions and not to a poor fit. You tube came to the rescue. Glossed Humbrol Enamel rattle cans and polished with Dispae a good finish was achieved . Bought masks for the windows however found the inbox decals gave a better result . Had a bottle of AK Gauzy windows in the stash and this proved to be a god send , what a superb set of results , love this product. Overall not the best kit but the best results so far as experience is starting to show.
